You can push full sticks fast with the unitzed on my Spartan the it hardly changes the sound of the motor. Feb 4, 2019 · Repeat steps 6 and 7 three times. This purges any air from the hydraulic transmission system. Put the control levers in neutral (N). Shut the engine off and set the parking brake. Check the oil and top off if necessary. One thing that is very common on most hydrogear pumps and UHTs is when techs and owners remove the charge pumps they dont reinstall the covers correctly. Potential Fix: Refill the fuel tank with hyaluronic fluid every 90 hours. A damaged drive belt falls short of the required tension. Tighten the belt applying more force. If it does not work then change the damage belt. To Increase the service life of the transmission system, replace the damaged parts. Regular maintenance is vital in this case.He stated that the best thing for preventative maintenance was to cut you mfg recommended interval in half….and not expect much more than 1000hrs of service of the ZT2800-ZT3100 transaxles. Longevity goes up from there with ZT-3400 etc but not by all that much. Conversely ZT-2200 etc and lower, the average is a couple of hundred hours.BigFish · #3 · Mar 17, 2017. It's not particularly common. I've repaired & re-sealed a slew of H-G pumps, but don't recall ever having to mess with that seal exclusively. Always replaced as part of the rebuild/reseal. May 10, 2010 · The 3400 is larger in shaft size and in displacement. and is rated full commercial. My Gravely guy, who is technically proficient, told me that the the 2800 has stamped gears, and the 3100 and up have cut gears, which theoretically should make them more rugged.
